Delivery & installation
Delivery is Melbourne metro only, and goods are not unpacked on delivery. Outside metro Melbourne, collect from the warehouse at 35 Sunmore Close, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm (AEST).

Installation happens on the day of delivery when it is selected at checkout. Plumbing and electrical connections must already be in place and to code; the crew connects to existing services only.
Order to doorstep

Select the appliance. Each appliance is sold by model and serial number — the one you select is the one you receive.

Add it to your cart and choose a delivery date. If installation is selected, it happens on the day of delivery.

Enter your payment details. Online payments are credit card, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 and Google Pay.

Finalise the order and check your inbox for the confirmation email.

You'll receive a text message before your delivery date to confirm the run.
